How many assets can I cover at once?

Cover as many assets as you want! The more assets you cover, the better the price. Check out our most common CYA bundles here.

How does CYA bill me?

CYA will bill your preferred method of payment monthly to secure your asset’s coverage. Need to update your billing information? Simply log on to your CYA Account to change the information before your next billing cycle.

How flexible is CYA?

CYA is an insurance contortionist. With removable limbs. Or maybe we are more like Mr. Potato Head? You can add or remove or swap the assets you want us to cover – at any time! Simply log in to your CYA account to make the change.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Contracts at CYA are not a thing. You can your monthly plan at any time, and we’ll even give you a pro-rated refund of the unused coverage.

I’m a student and I have no money. Can CYA cover my asset too?

Can I add more assets once I sign up?

The more assets, the better. Add additional assets via your CYA account by clicking “ADD MORE ASSETS”.

How do I register my asset?

Click the link in your CYA account to register your asset. We also will email you to remind you, just in case you forgot. All that’s needed is your asset’s info – make, model, serial, and a few pictures of your asset*.

*We mean your covered asset ;)

I busted my asset. What do I do?

Have no fear, CYA is here! We got you. File a claim easily through the CYA app, online via your CYA account, or by calling a CYA agent at 000-000-0000.

Who will repair my asset?

CYA only lets authorized technicians touch our customer’s assets. This isn’t our first rodeo, we’ve been at this for 20 years! Since you purchased CYA coverage you have access to TENS OF THOUSANDS of repair centers in our network that can fix your asset swiftly and professionally.

My asset is so busted that no one can help it

There are times when not even CYA can repair your asset. Don’t worry, we STILL got you. We will send you cash money for the value of your asset – this way you can replace it!

Does CYA charge deductibles?

Based on the asset CYA is covering you may be required to pay a deductible at time of claim. You can find the deductible amount within your CYA account.

I want to uncover my assets, how do I end my coverage?

While we don’t recommend walking around bare assetted, we understand it’s something you may feel like you need to do. Easily close coverage through your CYA account by clicking “CLOSE COVERAGE” next to the asset you would like to uncover.
