I’ve been with CYA Home Coverage for over 4 years. I’ve had several service requests and each time, the assigned servicer contacted me within 24 to 48 hours to set up service. My experience with CYA has been great overall and all requests were handled professionally and appropriately. My most recent service call was for my central A/C and heat system in January 2022, the system was not blowing cold air. The technician came out and added freon to the system and also ordered a replacement part for my air handler. The following week the technician came back out, replaced the part and the system is working good as new. While he was there he was nice enough to clean my filter and do a general maintenance check as well. I’m very glad to have the service in place and give them a well deserved 5 star review.
